In 2017, Kobi started a restaurant in McCrae; Kobi Jack’s showcasing his passion of Italian cuisine. Kobi having travelled and cooked throughout Italy from making pasta in Bologna to making pizza in Naples. Italian cuisine is something he passionate about. In 2019, Younger Brother Billy joins the restaurant making it a family affair and was apprentice to Kobi. Fast forward to 2023 and they’ve joined forces to deliver high quality pasta for you to be able to cook at home using the best ingredients on the Mornington Peninsula.
